01/13Bigg Boss 13’s evicted contestant Arhaan Khan: Sidharth Shukla would have hit Rashami had I not interfered in their fight
Arhaan Khan will be seen getting evicted from the Bigg Boss 13 house in tonight’s episode (December 31). The Badho Bahu actor is disappointed with his ouster but calls it an exciting one. Arhaan had entered the house for the second time as a wildcard entry with Madhurima Tuli and Shefali Bagga. He came a few weeks ago only and his eviction brought tears in Rashami’s eyes. The actor plans to take his relationship with Rashami ahead once she is out of the show. In an interview with the TimesofIndia.com, Arhaan reacted on Sidharth Shukla’s ‘Aisi ladki’ comment for Rashami and also revealed that the latter would have hit Rashami had he not interfered in their fight. 02/13Arhaan Khan on his eviction
My second innings has been an interesting one with lots of ups and downs, fireworks. All in all I had a great time on the show. I wasn’t expecting my ouster as I played a very dignified game. I give my 100 percent during task, I take a stand for what is right and I don’t understand how come I got evicted from the show.
03/13Don’t know why my past got discussed on the show
Everyone has a past and I had mine too. There was some misunderstanding which Salman Khan sir cleared also. You must have seen, we became normal within an hour when the topic came up (about his child). Everyone faces some or another hurdle in life and we also had our share of ups and downs. I have not seen in the past 13 seasons that someone’s personal life has been discussed. It was very unfortunate that it was discussed. But I am happy that all this has made my relationship with Rashami stronger.
04/13Arhaan reacts on celebrities asking Rashami to stay away from him
I don’t think celebrities like Kamya Panjabi and others are wrong if they have spoken against me. They don’t know me personally so whatever they have said is based on what they have seen on social media, through trolls or other’s opinion. If they get to know me personally, I am sure their views will change.
05/13Sidharth’s upbringing allows him to call women ‘aisi ladki’
I don’t think quitting the show or giving up can be a solution for anything. We wanted to stay there and bring up the issue. Why would we leave a show which is giving us a platform to represent us and make a name. I think all of you understand what ‘Aisi ladki’ means and the way I have been brought up I can never say or talk about any girl like this. But he tried to justify himself that he did not mean that. I think he has been raised that way and he is used to talking to girls in this manner.
06/13Shehnaz’s expectation was way too much from inmates during her captaincy
I think everyone worked equally hard during Shehnaz’s captaincy. Half of the contestants are injured currently Rashami’s hand is fractured, Asim’s hand also has an injury, Paras has a rod in his fingers. Everyone is working up to their convenience. Shehnaz has too many expectations from the contestants and it is not possible for them to work. There are a few who don’t work at all in anyone’s captaincy.
07/13My statement about Rashami’s bankruptcy was blown out of proportion
My statement about Rashami’s bankruptcy was blown out of proportion. I can never think or say anything wrong about Rashami. There are times when you don’t mean certain things but you end up saying them. I had cleared with Rashami also that I didn’t mean to hurt her or say anything wrong about her. In fact, I always think good about her. What I meant when I talked about her bankruptcy was that she is a very independent girl and despite facing so many odds in life she has managed to reach this far. But the words got misunderstood and I even apologised to Rashami. She understood and the matter got resolved.
08/13Rashami was upset with my eviction, I was her support inside the house
Rashami was upset after my eviction. I was her support and love inside the house. I think anyone would get upset and heartbroken if he/she loses their support system. I have made her understand that she has to be strong and fight back. She can’t get weak at this point of time in the game. I am hopeful that she will play the game with full power and will not lose her focus.
09/13Sidharth would have hit Rashami had I not interfered in that fight
I don’t think Salman Khan is biased at all and I don’t want to comment about the channel and the production house. You must have seen Sidharth tore my shirt off during the fight. I had only intervened to save Rashami. In fact, I could have retaliated but I did not do that as I wanted Salman sir to notice the violence. The fight was going on and Salman sir suddenly came and we did not get time to change and I had to sit there with that shirt. Sidharth would have hit Rashami had I not interfered in that fight. And everyone felt this including me. I did not make an issue of my shirt because I felt the Aisi Ladki comment made by Sidharth against Rashami was more important to be discussed.
10/13Salman Khan is not biased, I don’t want to comment on the channel
Salman Khan sir tried his best to sort out the differences. He compared Sidharth to a box full of dirt and tried to indirectly tell us. Eventually, we all understood it and we started taking precautions. Even I am getting to hear that the show is biased. Since, the time I have come out I am reading about it. I feel something of that sort must have happened that everyone if feeling that the show is biased. The contestants were saying this because sometimes there were few fights which were resolved very fast. If you see this season, people are not getting punished for pushing other inmates. Pushing was never allowed previously in any season. Sidharth is not getting punished, but I feel if I would have done it, I would be out of the show.
